• Tax Attorney Prof. Dr. Lohr (Düsseldorf), letter dated November 7, 2025, regarding the settlement of the tax dispute (PDF)

• Hamm Higher Regional Court, ruling dated October 8, 2024, regarding the unique nature of my professional activity as a secret agent (PDF)

• In July 2025, all proceedings against Mr. Werner Mauss were concluded by mutual agreement with the Bochum Public Prosecutor's Office, the Bochum Regional Court, and the Düsseldorf Fiscal Court. All proceedings were thus irrevocably settled for tax purposes. Furthermore, there are no outstanding tax liabilities to the German tax authorities. The formal dismissal took place in November 2025. The proceedings are therefore definitively concluded without a conviction.
